Shane Trovato

Managing Director

Shane is a qualified motor mechanic by trade and joined Oleon in 1989 as a sales representative. Shane was promoted to Managing Director in 2000 and gained full ownership of the company in 2010. Hobbies include motorcycling and Ju-jitsu and successfully gained his 3rd Dan ranking in 2010.

Nick Bouras

Sales Representative

Nick Bouras joined Oleon in 1988. Nick’s determination and commitment to product knowledge and customer service over the past 23 years, has made him a valuable asset to Oleon. Hobbies and interests include AFL, dining, movies and cooking.

Darren Brown

Sales Representative

Darren has been with Oleon since 1994 providing support and advice to our valued customers on the Mornington peninsula. Since being with Oleon has married a beautiful Swedish girl Helena and become a proud father to two lovely little girls Anna and Alex.

Darren is an OH&S Instructor Trainer in Work Place First Aid and a Master Instructor in Scuba Diving which has enabled him to qualify many of his customer in OH&S First Aid at Work. He has also trained his customers to dive, which has allowed him to take his clients overseas on some great diving holidays.

Darren’s hobbies include diving, boating and travel and of course spending time with his family

Micheal Grech

“ I have been a member of the Oleon Oils team since 1999. I enjoy sharing a close working relationship with all my clients as well as meeting new clients to help develop their workshops.

Outside of Oleon Oils, I enjoy travelling, dining with family and friends and attending the football when I can. I have over 20 years experience in Martial Arts and teach Ju-Jitsu on a weekly basis”.

Eugene Didus

Eugene joined Oleon in 2002. Eugene has over 37 years experience in the motor trade and enjoys his golf, fishing and his footy (a passionate Collingwood supporter).

Jim Lewis

Sales Representative

Jim Lewis joined Oleon in 2006 and came with 16 years of experience in the Automotive cleaning & detailing field. Jim heads up the Detailing division in Oleon and his thirst for the “cold call” and customer service has made our detailing division successful in furthering our market share . Jim enjoys football, cricket and hanging out with his two sons.
